Our soft white open-top loaf with a sourdough taste is baked using a traditional sponge and dough method. The longer fermentation time helps to deliver a distinctive texture, flavour and crust.
This loaf is our limited 170th anniversary edition, inspired by recipes in our archive and generations of expertise. Unmistakably better bread takes time to develop.
