We wear the Yorkshire Rose with pride. Where generations of Jacksons bakers have dedicated themselves to early mornings, hard graft and hot ovens to produce the loaf of champions. Our bloomers are wrapped with recyclable packaging and all our loaves are palm oil free. Since 1851, unmistakably Jacksons.

We’ve been running our family bakery since 1851, when William Jackson opened his first shop in East Yorkshire. Six generations later, we’re proud to be one of the UK's favourite bakers.
A lot has changed over the years. But some things haven’t. We're still insisting on the highest standards and still based in the heart of East Yorkshire.
We removed palm oil from our entire range of bakes, making us the first UK bread brand to do this and we’re so pleased to say we cracked it, maintaining the same great taste, texture and freshness that we’re renowned for. Our bloomer bags are also 100% recyclable and we encourage our consumers to return them to supermarkets where they can be recycled along with carrier bags.
We think of our people as part of our family. From our bakers to our drivers, everyone plays their part in creating the perfect bakes and we recognise that by supporting them in any way we can.
