By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Jacksons Bread, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion, including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion, including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.
Internet access is required. Purchase of promotional product necessary.
You must retain proof of purchase/receipt showing the date of purchase during the Promotional Period (see below) and prior to the date of entry. Delay or failure to provide evidence to Jacksons Bread in reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
Each overall entry must be accompanied by a receipt. A maximum of one overall entry (receipt upload) into the promotion per person per day is allowed. Each receipt can only be used once during the Promotion. Each product purchased per receipt equates to 1 entry into the prize draws, max 3 individual entries/products per receipt. Maximum of 1 daily prize per person.
Between 19th August 2024 and 13th October 2024, at the time of entry, you will be entered into the daily prize draw for that day of entry, along with the Grand Prize draw.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
The Daily draw Promotional Period will run from 00:00 on 19th August 2024, and conclude at 23:59 on 13th October 2024.
Entries received between 00:00 on 19th August 2024, and 23:59 on 13th October will be entered into that day’s daily prize draw and the Grand Prize draw.
The Grand Prize Draw Period will run from 00:00 on 14th October 2024, and conclude at 23:59 on 27th October 2024.
Entries received between 00:00 on 14th October 2024, and 23:59 on 27th October 2024 will be entered into the Grand Prize draw only.
Daily winners will be drawn on the following Tuesday after the completion of each week of the promotion (Monday – Sunday).
The Grand Prize draw winner will be drawn on Tuesday 29th October 2024.
Entries outside of the Promotional Period and Grand Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.
In instances where promotional stock is in the marketplace in advance of the promotion start date between 14th August to 18th August 2024, anyone who has purchased a promotional pack during this period still has an opportunity to enter, within the daily limits and conditions as indicated in Clause 3. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries at any point during the main promotional period, subject to receipt retention.
To enter the daily draws and Grand Prize draw, purchase any promotional Jacksons Bread product (in store or online) and visit jacksonsofyorkshirewin.co.uk during the Promotional Period. Enter your first name, surname, email address, answer our question on the entry form (What do you love most about Jackson’s of Yorkshire Bread?) and upload a copy of your purchase receipt dated during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry.
If purchased online, you must upload either a photo of your delivery note or a screenshot of an order confirmation email, clearly showing the eligible Jacksons of Yorkshire product(s) purchase dated during the Promotional Period and prior to the date of entry. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at Jacksons discretion.

No alternative prizes will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.
All eligible entries during the Promotional Period (00:00 on 19th August 2024, and 23:59 on 13th October 2024) will be entered into a daily draw and the Grand Prize draw. Entries received between 00:00 on 14th October 2024, and 23:59 on 27th October 2024 will be entered into the Grand Prize draw only.
Daily prize winners will be randomly selected by an automated computer process on the Tuesday after each promotional week. One winner will be picked for each day of the promotional week; this will happen over the 8 weeks of the promotional period. Should there be no entries on a particular day the prize will roll over to the next day.
A daily prize winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
Entry Window: Each week begins with entry at 00:00 Monday and closes at 23.59 Sunday.
The grand prize winner will be randomly drawn by an automated computer process from all valid entries received during both the Promotional Period and the Grand Prize Period on Tuesday
29th October 2024.
All daily prize winners will be contacted by email, via the email address provided on entry, within 7 days of each draw date. All winners have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize via email. Winners will be supplied a secure link where they will be asked to input their bank details in a secure capture form. The BACs transfer will then be carried out within 21 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process. Winners should ensure that the details entered on the data capture, match their details in regards their bank account.
If a daily prize winner cannot be contacted, rejects their prize, does not claim their prize within 14 days of the date of the first notification email or is ineligible, Jacksons reserves the right to select another winner using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice for daily prize draw winners after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.
For the grand prize, the winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize via email. County of residence will also be requested from the Grand Prize winner for the purposes of the winners list, if no objection is received. The winner will be supplied a secure link where they will be asked to upload a copy of their ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and input their bank details in a secure capture form. The BACs transfer will then be carried out within 21 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat three times after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner, including junk folders.
Jacksons will make available the Grand Prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of the Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting jacksonsofyorkshirewin@tynan-darcy.com Jacksons may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing jacksonsofyorkshirewin@tynan-darcy.com. Jacksons reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests
Jacksons reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the winner must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of the Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and acceptance of their prize. Jacksons cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Jacksons control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Jacksons may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Jacksons reasonable control and which prevents Jacksons from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Jacksons will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Whilst nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit Jacksons liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Jacksons and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Jacksons decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Jacksons has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Jacksons will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
Jacksons will only use your personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. All personal data will be deleted 3 months after the Grand Prize Draw Closing Date. You acknowledge that Jacksons may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
